Pay Schedule
This pay schedule is provided for patients/associates:
- Have interest to pay directly due to MBS provider’s non-affiliation with the patient’s insurance provider
- Services rendered are not supported by medical providers (This does not include specific costs associated with medical insurance co-pays or other such charges).
- Without insurance
- Service interests for MBS facility
Service Type Cost Per Session
- Diagnosis Services $150 60 min – 90 min
- Individual Initial Eval/Therapy $110 45 min – 60 min
- Individual / Couples / Family Therapy $110 45 min
- Additional Time Requested $50 per 1/2 hour
- Group Therapy $50 per person/session
- Psychoeducational Training $50 per session (per hour)
- Provider/Trainer use of facility $100 per hour
- Official letters/documents (Medical Disability Verification, FMLA, Court Document/statements, DCFS letters, etc.): $50 per document
- Court Appearances: $600 per day
